Please note that the general terms of use and rules of Club Rome and our website remain applicable, in addition to the rules and conditions outlined below for each party.

Entry, Booking & Invitations

  • All bookings and invitations are managed exclusively through www.clubrome.co.za.
  • No invitation or registration means no entry—please do not bring unregistered friends as they will be turned away.
  • First-time visitors require an invitation to attend—no exceptions. If you have never attended a Club Rome event, you must register online. Invitations are sent to selected registrations.
  • Discounted pricing only applies to prepaid bookings where the donation reflects in our account by midnight the night before the party.
    • Members may request a booking via WhatsApp or phone, and we will enter it on the website for them. However, prepayment is required to qualify for the discounted price.
  • Cancellations via WhatsApp or phone are allowed, but using the website is preferred.

Party Structure & Facilities

Your entry donation includes a meal, all available drinks, a DJ, and full access to all club facilities
(Please note, for Roman House Parties, alcoholic beverages and meals are not included in the entry donation.)

  • Lockers & Towels:
    • Lockers are available for R50 each.
    • Towels are free to use but must be returned before leaving—they may not be taken home.
    • Towels are limited, so bring your own to be safe.
  • Smoking Policy:
    • No smoking is permitted in the kitchen, bathrooms, open play areas, or private rooms.
    • Smoking is allowed in social areas, both indoors and outdoors.

Club Hours & Sleepovers

  • Club doors open at 7:30 PM, with introductions at 8:30 PM.
  • Reception closes at 10:00 PM.
  • Bar closes at 1:00 AM, but mixers and ice will still be available afterward.
  • Members are welcome to stay until 8:00 AM, when cleaning staff arrive.
  • If staying after 2:00 AM, you do not have to sleep, but please be respectful of those who are.
  • Private rooms, whether booked or not, will be closed for play after 2:00 AM and will only be accessible to those who have booked them.
  • No sleepovers are permitted for Daytime Fun (DTF) parties.

Dress Code (Strictly Enforced)

  • Gents: No shorts, slops, sandals, or tracksuits (unless suited to the theme). Smart casual attire is required—jeans, neat t-shirts, and closed shoes are acceptable.
  • Ladies: No tracksuits (unless suited to the theme). Smart casual, shorts, or theme-appropriate attire is welcome, as long as the overall appearance is neat.
  • Club Rome reserves the right to turn away any person not dressed to a fair standard.

Cancellations & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations via WhatsApp or phone are accepted, but using the website is preferred.
  • Cut-off times for cancellations: Midnight (12:00 AM) the night before
  • No-shows will result in penalties:
    • If you book and do not show up, your next party will not be discounted, even if you prepay.
    • If you fail to attend twice in a row without cancellation, your profile may be locked. This policy is in place because catering and drink stock are ordered based on bookings, and no-shows result in unnecessary costs.

Verifications

  • No verifications will be done at Daytime Fun (DTF) parties.
  • Verifications are only conducted at night parties.
  • If you have a day/night invite, you may attend a DTF event, but you will not be verified at that event.
